Colm Ruane was the auctioneer that I dealt with. He was very good, professional and had the house open and ready to go for viewing. Made the whole experience very comfortable and relaxed which allowed for a great atmosphere to do business. The team overall were very good and kept me informed of progress as the sale process was progressing. Overall a great experience and I will try and do business again.
